Pain Tikka Pulet (Street Foods in Mauritius ) - チキンサンド

Aside from the daily Roti I have in the morning, I found something else lately. The Pian Tikka Pulet. It is a fried breaded chicken sandwich that is very commonly seen in the streets of Port Luis Mauritius. Many has its own taste and so far I like this guys because it is freshly cooked and can be eaten while it is still crispy and hot. A Pain Tikka cost 25 Rupees and a drumstick Tikka is 12 Rupees. Its really not bad for a fast breakfast and it goes really well with the chili sauce they serve!

前回、毎朝食べてるロティを紹介しましたが、最近新しい朝食を見つけました。結構ポートルイスあたりではお目にかかる食べ物で昼食にしてる人も沢山いる。それが現在私がはまっているチキンサンドである。見た目はパン粉を使っているようだけどTikka（ティッカ）っていうインドスパイスと小麦粉が使用されてるらしい。。これが結構旨いことでかなり手ごろ。チキンサンドは２５ルピー（約７５円）、小柄のチキンスティックが一本１２ルピー（約36円）。若干ヘビーな朝食したいときはこれを食べる事にしてる。WWW

それと、このチキンサンドを現地のグリーンチリソースと一緒に食べるとさらにうまい！
