After a full day of tour in Casela park, we were still able to catch the beautiful sunset of Flic en Flac.

一日中カセラパークのツアーが終わり、帰り道にフリッカンフラックの美しい夕日も見ることができました。

After a good lunch we decided to do some light hiking to burn those calories that we just intake. There was this small trail that brought us to a view point where the entire Flic en Flac was seen.

Quite amazing view up there which was worth climbing.

すばらしいランチの後、カロリーを燃やすために軽くハイキングをすることにしました。

レストランの近くに小さなトレールがあり、上がっていくとフリッカン・フラックのパノラマが見えます。

ビューポイントに着くと上ったかいがあったなーと思った。。。

Fishing at Le Morne Beach Mauritius - レモンビーチで釣り モーリシャス

My office mate has invited me to join him on a small fishing trip this weekend. Since I am partially Japanese and I LOOOVEEEE fish and to not mention...I have not eaten a decent fish since I came to Mauritius... I was dying for one. So we went out from Le Morne Beach which is located at the Southern part of the island.

モーリシャスに着てからちゃんとした魚が食べていない私にとって会社の同僚から魚釣りに誘われた時心の中で「キターーーー」とつぶやいた。先週の日曜日にモーリシャスの西南部にあるレモンビーチから船でちょっと離れたところから魚釣りをした。思いのほか結構釣ることができたけれどかなり小さめのハタ。刺身にはできないが涙がでる程十分においしかったぁー！

３０匹ぐらい釣ったのですが２匹だけ頂きました。

刺身にはできないサイズだったので簡単で魚の味を楽しめるフィリピン料理にしてみました。

材料は塩、ナンプラー、水、玉ねぎ、トマトだけ

ホンマに泣けます。。。。

Casela Park (Lunch Break) - カセラパーク（お昼ご飯）

After getting tired from playing with the Lions and quad biking....we were starving so we decided to have something at the restaurant at Casela. Here are some of the photos.

ライオンと、四輪バイクで遊び終わった後かなり腹がすいてることに気が付き餌を探しにカセラパークで唯一のレストランにいきました。

Beef Curry Style Kerela (South India) - ビーフカレーケーララ風（南インド）

A good friend of mine in the office was telling me he can cook good beef curry which I was doubting because it is quite rare to know Indians who eats beef. Well that's according to the Indian guys I know in the office. But it turned out to be that I was wrong. He cooks dam good beef curry that reminded me of a good curry I had in the Philippines. So here are some of the pictures of the curry and the some photos of his backyard.

最近仲のいいインド人の同僚が自分がビーフカレーの天才だって言い張っていた。おお！っと思いながら彼のこと 疑っていた。なぜならインド人は牛肉を食べない。。。って皆さん知っていました？主に宗教的な理由で食べない人が多いがベジタリアンも結構いることで殆ど豆カレーや野菜カレーを食べている。あくまでも会社のインド人たちから知った結果なんです。。。ビーフカレーが主流の日本人には想像できないだろう。

っという訳で今日彼の家に行ってビーフカレーをごちそうになりました。

正直かなり旨かったです。しかもかなり懐かしい味だった。フィリピンでたべたインド料理屋だったかなー。。。とにかく死ぬほど玉ねぎを使っていてトマトは少々でした。

Casela Park ( Quad biking in the Safari) - カセラパーク（四輪バイクでサファリパーク！）

After taking some pictures with the lions we were schedule for the quad biking trekking. The animals were amazing and was surprised with the number of animals that are living in the park.

Definitely a fun ride and would love to do this again.

ライオン様と遊んだ後今度はサファリーパークで四輪バイク！多種の動物がいろんなところで現れ結構びっくり！是非お勧めのアトラクションでした。
